RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

*What items can I return?*

You can return any item that is:

1) Original condition with all the tags and accessories intact.

2) If the item is damaged, stained, or altered, we may not accept it for a refund or exchange.

3) Any Product with sign of use like Perfume, Hairs, Lint Etc Will not be exchanged or refunded. 

*How long is your return period?*

We offer a 15-day return period after the date of delivery. Orders After 15 days will not be eligible for return or exchange. 


*How do I initiate a return?*

To start a return process, please contact us by email or social media platforms mentioned in Contact Us. We will provide you with instructions on how to pack and ship the item back to us.

*How do I get my refund?*

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method that you used to make the purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item, unless it is defective or incorrect. Original Shipping Charges of the order will not be refunded. Only the Product Price is Refunded.

*What if I want to exchange an item?*

If you want to exchange an item for another one, please let us know and we will send you the new item as soon as possible. We will inspect the old item before we ship the new one.

*What if an item is marked as 'Final Sale'?*

Items marked as 'Final Sale' are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please check carefully before you buy them.
